Outstanding value for money! I would recommend the hotel and the staff without question.
The staff are attentive, the grounds enchanting, the service second to none. What a delightful experience!
Returning to the UK from Canada, to an area I grew up in, it was a pleasure to enjoy an ambience I thought was lost...would certainly return.

We were rather disappointed - rooms were fine and the hotel had nice grounds, but it wasn't quite the relaxing break we anticipated. There was a function until 1AM, which took over the ground floor and meant no other guests could use the restaurant and we couldn't have a quiet drink in the bar. We could hear the music in our room. We weren't told about this when we booked. The breakfast which was included was continental, not a full cooked breakfast (and my partner's never arrived!)
