Good Points: Efficiency, courtesy and pleasing manner of staff. Room a little on the small side, but had everything except tea making facilities and trouser press.
Bad Points: Tea making facilities in room, although there was coffee in lounge in the morning.
General Review: I could barely fault this hotel. All staff excellent, super breakfast and service, very clean and classy furbishments. we were going to Earls Court and it could hardly have been nearer. Would have had dinner there if it had been available, but plenty of good choice restaurants around corner. Parking easy and secure (at a cost !! but worth it. All in all an excellent weekend (apart from spending far to much at Ideal Home Exhibition), which was mainly contributed to by this hotel. I will use it again and refer it to any friends.
