Terrible company with terrible owners . I usually use gold line taxis but thought I would try arena. As a first time customer I am disgusted by the way they handle business. After leaving an item in the cab, I called to see if it had been handed in, only to be verbally abused by the receptionist. That's when I decided to right a review. Whilst looking at reviews about arena cabs I came across other negative reviews with similar complaints. I also saw a good review but later noticed the name Kahn which is also the name of the co-owner of the company, so it's hard to believe its a real customer.

A new and very clean car with a polite driver- was fitted with a meter and the driver was knowledable with regards to area which was a help.Used them a number of times whilst staying here and found them to bey punctual and value for money- would not hesitate to recommend.

Answered the phone and took my booking - and located me just by the desription of the area i gave! a very fair system with all cabs having a meter- The driver is not allowed to charge more than the fare showing on the meter. A fare table is also displayed in each vehicle. good quick service and our driver gave us the background on St Albans history in perfect english! Furhermore clean and comfortable car he informed me that for journeys that finish outside of the borough, me and the driver could negotiate the fare to be paid. All in all - i would recommend this company Arena Taxis.

dont get ripped off use a real cab company one that takes u on the meter for a fair price or a fixed rate and dont cost the earth!the clean cars and helpfull drivers geat people use arena taxis for a fair service!
