I went to the market today and was annoyed to see people walking around the animals smoking showing no consideration for the children or the animals in this public building that has a roof on it. Dose this mean farmers have a different set of laws, how do you expect children to learn and do the right thing when the ignorant adults with no thought for the health of children or animals around them carry on their unescapable habit I will make a formal complaint on Monday
