Extreamly angry and annoyed with this taxi company. After waiting over 30 minutes for my taxi still no taxi turns up. The un-useful number thay gave me to ring was never answered. So when i phoned the company that afternoon i got a rude and agressive man talking at me not to me!!!!

Over the years, in the course of my business I have frequently had to rely on taxis. I have tried many in the Camberley area and by far the best company I have used is Marathon Taxis. They have provided me with transport at all sorts of times during the day and during the night and I can honestly say that they have always been prompt, punctual and polite.Their drivers are always smart and polite, know their way around an charge reasonable fares. I have used them both for myself and for transporting my clients between my office and the airport. The have my full confidence.

Highly dissatisfied - awful service! Over 30 minutes late and didn't even pick us up from the agreed place (confirmed at time of booking).

Very poor. Started off well with what I thought was an impressive system of advising you beforehand via email the name & no. of your driver. However come the time we were at our pick-up point 10 minutes before collection time (as specified by Marathon taxis) but we didn't get into the cab for another 45 minutes. It took over half an hour & over 11 phonecalls to track down the driver as the no. we were provided was incorrect & the landline when answered gave a different (longer) eta each time we called. The driver was delayed getting to our pick up point & then couldn't find it (had gps)& couldn't describe where he was - us not knowing the area we didn't want to wander too far from the venue. We then took a massively convoluted route home - although this cost us no more as we had agreed a price beforehand, after waiting nearly an hour in -7 temperatures we were pretty keen to get home. After some resistance we were offered a £10 reduction off the £75 fee but frankly I'd rather have been home an hour earlier
