Very reliable, honest company. Booked for my mother for Boxing Day when my car had a flat tyre & dodgy spare. Phoned up & was told price was higher because it was Boxing Day, agreed price they were round within 20 mins, very good driver as Car park outside was covered in black ice, he managed to safetly maneouver his vehicle out. She was driven home okay & price did not go above what was agreed (unlike other cab companies in the area). Very impressed & will definately recommend & use company again.

the most frustrating experience that we had after we hired your cab service on the 28th of September to go to King's Cross station from sutton.
We live in sutton and had asked for your cab driver to be in our place at 8.15am on the 28th of september.Our train was at 10.00 am. I gave a reminder call the previous day, called at 8am on the same day and then called again at 8.15 am because we had still not got the cab.
We were told by the driver Rehman and also by by the controller Amir that the cab was on its way and that it would be in our place in a few minutes.
Because it was already late we came down to the street because we were told that the cab will come in a few minutes.
we kept calling every 5 minutes and the driver said that he would be in our place in 5 minutes .Again when we called at 8.30 Rehman said that hewas in some street in carshalton. When we asked him why he was in carshalton Rehman put the blame on Amir and said that Amir had asked him to go to carshalton.
so
1. Rehman was given another job to do at 8.00 am some where in carshalton even though he had to come to our place in sutton at 8.15 am which is totally bad management
2. Rehman was asked to go to the wrong address so he was further delayed
3. Rehman had the sat nav with him which he did not use and blindly followed what Amir had told him.
4. When I asked Amir at 830 am if i should cancel this and book some body else , he said that this cab will definitely come in 5 minutes and also take us in time for the train and that we would easily make it
5.The cab finally came at 9.00 am and we left at 9.05 am after loding the baggage
6. we reached kings cross at 10.07 am and missed the 10 am train.
7. I called Amir to explain the situation and asked him how he is going to take responsibility and he said that these things happen and acted as if it was not his problem
On the whole I have never seen such inefficient service ever in my life and also such irresponsible replies.we went through such a harrowing experience and ended up starting our holiday with a lot of frustration and lost peace of mind.
My ticket was originally priced at 146 gbp and i not only lost that but I had to pay 3 times more
extra for us to catch the next train .
i went through so much of distress , pain, discomfort and frustration and physical and mental torture because of extremely inefficient people and mismanagement of our request for a cab.
