I will never use this firm again, I have used them for years, I booked the mini-bus yesterday, which turned up over ten minutes early, I told the driver it was booked for 12.30 he said fine, I said one of our party was a couple of minues late, no problem. So my 85 year old dad, my 17 month old granddaughter and I got on bus, with baby seat and buggy. The driver got a call on the radio telling him to go to another job taking someone to the train station, he told us to get off bus, and threw the buggy and car seat onto the path, by this time all our party had arrived and he just drove off. The time was 12.36 it is quite obvious the bus was double booked. We had a meal and surprise party booked for my dad, which we were late for. NEVER AGAIN!

Some of the cars are very tired and dirty but you have got to remember that the fares are very reasonable and the other redeamable asset of this company is the drivers. You have to realise that you only get what you pay for and as a door to door service its money well spent. Give the drivers a good tip because they will never get rich on what they charge.
