Very disappointed. Have being using United for ages but going to switch now. Service went down-hill recently. Both yesterday and today the car was late by 20 MIN blaming traffic. Kids were late for school today. In both instances it was the same driver. I think he is trying to take several orders in advance without clear estimated time of arrival. Very bad service!!!

Very dissapointed in the service after 10 years of using United as a business for all our airport runs and around town, I rang tonight to ask if they could go to the hospital to pick up Mum, incredulous excuses as to why they could not but they were adamant that they, 1/ couldnt park, 2/ drivers wont get out of there cars 3/ their insurance would not allow them to go into a hospital to ask for the customer and finally they would get sacked for booking the car.....rang V Cars and they sent a driver in 5 minutes, simple and easy, words fail me

Not impressed - even though we have used United before and they are the preferred supplier for my place of work they left us STRANDED in Cheltenham - 5 ladies left in a Town they did not know at 2230 hrs - NOT IMPRESSED ! When ringing to chase up our cab was told that it had been cancelled as I had not left a mobile number - at no time was I asked for a mobile number when making the booking but I had given the woman my work and home numbers - I also told her I would not be in work on 11th Apr ---- as going to (guess where ????) Cheltenham .... A not so good report and when trying to resolve this with the manager named Lucky was told he was not available - i am sure that the night shift personnel would have told him all about this !!!!!
