Last night we booked a 7 seater taxi to pick my 15 year old daughter and her friends from norton village hall at 12. We booked this on friday 15th and even called them on 16th to tell them that there would only be 6 prople not 7. My daughter and her friends waited until 1230 even though the function had finished at 1145, but it did not turn up leaving them to walk home to worcester in the dark. We phoned TOA this morning to ask why and the guy on the switchboard could not care less that he had left a bunch of teenagers stranded after midnight. Why has this company been granted a license to operate a taxi service in our city.
