As the Chairman of Mainline i would like to say we en devour to maintain a very high standard of service to all our clients old and new.
And the driver in question has been spoken to and will not make the same mistake again. (Thank you for bringing this to our attention Vauxhall)
May i take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and new Year and lets make it a safe one who ever you use for your taxis.

Mini bus driver smokes whilst in cab regardless of ban, plays with CB/Phone at the same time & proceeds to cut other motorists up due to not paying attention or pure ignorance. Then tail gates when you blast your horn at him. Sure the firm on the whole is great, shame the same cant be said for the clown in the silver minibus!

excellent taxi firm, always prompt, single time all year except christmas and new year of course.
will usually be able to get you picked up when all the other local firms have failed.
great service, thoroughly recommended !
