This service was rubbish, not only did the taxi what was booked the night before not turn up, it then ignored my number, after using a friends phone we managed to get hold of metro, whom were not interested.

I was doing shopping in morrisons in Leeds at the merrion Center and booked a taxi using the free phone inside morrisons to yeadon. When I came outside one of the metro driver called my name out and told me that he was my taxi to yeadon and never ever helped. I then told the driver to help me with my shopping and with the help he broke my expensive vodka. When I sat in the car the driver told me that it will cost £30 to yeadon. I just thought I paid £16 to SJK driver. I had only £17 in total left and cannot compromise with the driver as he was asking for too much.I told the driver that Im sorry I cant take your taxi as you are expensive and called my son and my son called appolo private hire and I was eased and apollo helped me and charged me £15 to yeadon, thanks to SJK and appollo for their service and co-operation and please dont get ever get METRO!! outside Morrisons and dont know how morrison got METRO contract.

I was incredibly displeased with the Metro Cars Company, and would encourage others in Leeds to use a different source of cabs. My husband booked them last night to pick us up at 5:45 am, then called at 5:40 this morning to confirm the booking, at which point, they said someone was on their way. He called again when they were 10 minutes late, and they told him they wouldn’t be able to pick us up until well after we had missed our train, then hung up on him when he calmly stated that that was unacceptable. Amber Cars, however, were lifesavers and got us to the train station with enough time to make a run for it.

after a night out me and the girls needed a cab to take us to horsforth, we went to their operators on duty, asked for a cab and we found the operators to be sleezy and overly nice and while we were there, an old man came to ask for a cab and they were extremely rude to him. so if your a young girl.... dont take there taxis!!!

I had pre-booked a taxi from Metro to take me to the train station. The booking was accepted. On the day the taxi never arrived. So I phoned and was told it was on its way. 10 minutes later I called again to be informed that no taxis were working. NOT ONE TAXI driver was working. They had accepted my booking, they then claim to have lost my booking. I missed my train which meant I had to pay either 350 pounds to get 4 more tickets to our destination or cancel the trip. I had to cancel hotels and miss other onward journeys. My advice - DO NOT BOOK WITH METRO
