Booked a taxi for 12.15am in order to arrive at a local establishment by 12.30am, stating the importance of this on the phone when booking. By 12.22, called to ask where the taxi was and told "sorry, it will be 6 or 7 minutes". 12 minutes later, the taxi arrives. It is waiting 4 doors down from where we ordered it to. The meter reads "£7.70" and we ask why; the driver had forgotten to refresh it. We are taken to the local establishment at 12.45 which is now closed. We express our dissatisfaction to the driver who states that "it is not my fault". Overall an utterly shambolic experience. Do not use.
