After a lovely night at a charity night from lauriston to kilwinnng me and a couple of my friends ordered your taxi to go home. We were already on route when we asked him for a price he was very vauge and said from 14 pounds to 17 pound and i said really that's dear. He was very insolent and disrespectful. I've never been treated like this in my life. We only said why can't you clarify an exact amount..... Very rude... Obnoxious and not PC in customer service at all.... I will never recommend your taxi or be in it again. He then told us to leave the refusing to let me speak to tour controller and he as calling the police I told him to call he police as we were th victims here but he never...... My local taxi driver came minutes later and told us he was at least 7 quid out with his quote. I m really annoyed at this ...
