I find most of the drivers very friendly and helpful. There are one or two Taxi drivers that are my favourite and I have a very pleasant conversation with them every time they pick me up, it is because of these two drivers that i still use Alliance, they hopefully know who they are :-)

whilst i was on holliday in llandudno with my elderly father who is wheelchair bound alliance looked after us all week providing a cab with wheelchair access. the drivers were always polite, friendly and patient which made our holiday that little bit more enjoyable thank you
