My mum has been using LA cabs since the business started, she knows most of the drivers very well. But the way she was treated today was an absolute disgrace! The driver wouldnt leave her to her house because he said the snow was bad, so he just told her to get out of the taxi... when she politely asked him to help her across the road he just said no and took off leaving my poor mum in tears. What a bloody disgrace! Thanks L A Cabs your customer service stinks
