Although the price was good and the food ok I'm afraid that the evening was spoiled for me my the barbaric conditions of the lobster tank. Personally I think it is bad enough that you have live stock for customers to choose but then that is why I am vegetarian but to keep several large lobsters in a tank not big enough for the one???????? Sorry - I can not go back to that place.

We had a big Christmas Party and I cannot fault the meal or the service in anyway. There was 36 in our party and everyone had brilliant service and the meal was fantastic!

We were very disappointed with this restaurant. We visited it about a year ago when the food was good and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. This year it was incredibly noisy, other guests literally shouting at each other on the table next to us so it was impossible to hear each other. The vegetables offered with the meal were appalling. The serving dish was filled with a soggy greasy looking pile of something, all the vegetables merged with each other into one big mess. We complained but nothing was said or done about it. We eventually just couldn';t wait to leave. My marlin was overcooked because the outside appeared to have been hermetically sealed and the inside was dry. The waiting staff were very busy and did their best but maybe the restaurant is suffering from its own earlier success. The food certainly could have been better. The location is very good. I would expect better quality from a restaurant whose names suggest the best of French cuisine and atmosphere.
