Nothing short if disgusting.
We hired this place out for a birthday party. It started at 8pm, and by 10.30pm, all the elecricity went out. We we told that it was not their fault, so no refund or apology! We asked if we could remove all the food and helium balloons, and were told by the bar staff that it was to dark so come back at 11am the following morning.
We went back at 11am as agreed to find no-one there. The cleaners had already been in and had removed everything, leaving only plates, cake and SLAHED HELIUM BALLOONS. We contacted BOB, only to be told that it was not his problem! I then contacted NICK, whom abused me verbally on the phone stating that we were lieing about being told to return at 11am on that morning, that the evening was a success even though it lasted only 2 hours, and that it was NOT HIS PROBLEM that helium balloons that we payed £50 for had been SLASHED with a knife by his staff! NICK and BOB also refused to refund us for the balloons, and NICK told us where to go.
If you want to hire a club for an enjoyable evening, then i suggest you avoid this place like the plague.
