This was the first visit since these owners have taken over the India Gate and having used their other establishment in Stirling I expected it to be a good experience. How wrong can you be. The service was very poor with nonresponsive waiters and not a smile to be seen. The food was well presented but of a very poor quality. The sauce tasted like tomatoe and basil lentil soup whick resulted both my wife and I having heartburm all night. No return visits planned.

Great food and service this resturant is owned by the same people as the India Cottage in Stirling.

Very average. Over-spiced 70s style curries, lots of food colouring; garish red and yellow dishes. Staff friendly enough. Decor tatty, fungus in the windows, not very clean. Couldn't recommend it.

Visited occasionally for take-aways. ALWAYS something missing when you get home. Last time, about four items missing, last straw. Surly, unhelpful staff. Food is ok, but formulaic. Spicy in a 1970s kind of way, not created from scratch on the premises. Building a bit shoddy, not terribly clean. Avoid.
