I visited the surgery as a TR on two occasions, and was seen by Barbara, the nurse pratitioner. I can only say that her professionalism, care, and concern, put our local health centre to shame.
She correctly diagnosed the cause of my problem, identified a second, but associated concern, relating to the medication I was taking, and completed a test to confirm her initial concern about the possible side effects of using the two prescribed medicines.
In short, it was very reassuring to be treated with such commitment at a very difficult stage in my recovery from a hip replacement operation.
