I phoned the doctors and Dr Frow phoned me back she was really rude to me on the phone.I took my son to see her a couple of weeks ago and she told me it could be swine flu and sent us away with paracetmol but he never got better i thougth it was just flu or something,so i left it a week or so then i made the phone call. She told me to take my son over to the practice but he was to ill to take out, also i have got another son at home and he was poorly with a cold,i said to dr frow what if it is swine flu and i do bring him over.she told me to get my poritises right and if i cared about my child i would bring him over.I did"nt what to take any of them out because it was horrible weather and i did"nt want my sons to get worse, and i had a feeling it was swine flu.I put the phone down on her cause i did"t like the way she spoke to me,i care about my children and i did"nt want to take them out because my son Jordan hunter was to ill to take out,and i didnt want to make other people ill just because dr frow wanted me to take him to the doctors. My partner the contacted the surgery and she was to busy to talk to him,so he phoned the swine flu help line and all the symptons he had was swine flu so he had to get a code and take it to the chemist for the tablet.Im so glad i did"nt listen to dr frow, she was very rude to me.I want something done about this because im also disabled and sometimes i don"t want to go out i tryed explaining this to dr frow but that did"nt matter to her,i asked her if she could come and see my son but she said i would have to let my patiences down and time i get in my car,I was really shocked for someone like a doctor could speak to someone like that.I dont like to complain but it was horrible getting spoken to like that.
