Great service when you can get an appointment to see a GP however, arranging an appointment has always been difficult and now seems to be even worse if that is possible. Why is it so difficult to make an apppointment in advance even if you are willing to see ANY doctor? Either you are told there are no appointments that particular week or if you are willing to make an appointment for the following week you are told that it is not possible to pre book that far ahead! I work and cannot just take time off to come into the surgery on the day of ringing for an appointment. A telephone consultation is not always appropriate as it is necessary for the doctor to see the problem you are experiencing. When is something going to be done to sort out this long running problem; I have never experienced this at any other practice. Regards, Sheila Bourton

I am not satisfied at all with the service. A friend has tried to call on a number of occasions over the past couple of weeks but no one ever answers the phone. I find this a real issue
