Although I believe Crown Street Surgery to be a good one, there is nothing on this website that tells us when it was set up, who the practice manager is, the G.P.s, if they are using PETs (Patient Experience Tracker Pilots), whether there are any clinics there, or any information about contacting the surgery for repeat prescriptions, appointments, opening times etc. Maybe I've been looking in the wrong place but I have found absolutely nothing.
