I went there and I accept that I was confused about NHS service and registration system. The administrative department was not helpful and moody to client. I registered myself with another GP nearby recently and the nurse there recommended me to go to this place for HPV vaccine (to protect cervical cancer), which will cost about 300 pound. When I got the the clinic and tried to explain why I was there. It didn't seem like they wanted to listen and looked moody and angry about my questions regarding registration because I was confused about the registration system as I just registered with another GP two weeks before. They didn't need to be so mean as the patient didn't understand.

This was not a visit as you couldn't fit my daughter in to see anyone. I called first thing for an appointment for my daughter, and there wasn't one. I explained the situation that we had a sore throat which has led most recently to tonsilitis. Then I was advised to call back at 12.30 and speak with Dr Marianou. I was put on hold for 20 mins then on being put through to the Dr. someone else had been put through. I waited another 10 mins no sooner had the Dr asked my name he put me on hold AGAIN. I then got cut off. This is abominable and totally unacceptable. It appears from your website that you are looking to accept new patients when you can't even deal with the existing properly. Does one have to go to a private doctor I wonder and send you the bill???
