Add your review Hi Joanne
I am sorry you had a problem with our practice. Registrations are in fact beyond our control. The PCT (Primary Care Trust) has the right to remove patients from our list if they think you have moved away. Somtimes this is because letters they have sent are returned as undelivered.
I would like to reassure you that this should not affect patient care. You can still book an appointment to see us just by filling in another form and as our records are fully computerised no information is lost.
I appreciate however your frustation (it also causes us extra work) and apologise for the inconvenience.

Add your review The practice is very disorganised. I have been a patient there for four years and suddenly this year i have been deregistered twice without any notification. When i made a complaint they are unhelpful and requested that I re-register again which is very inconvenient. The scary part is that its only when you ring up to make an appointment with the GP that you find out that you no longer have access to one because they deregister you without notice. Its unfair unsafe and dangerous to patients.
