The people at the centre were all very helpful. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the doctor was running on time and was very helpful.

I too had terrible interactions with one of the receptionists and had to file a formal complaint against her as well. She was very unpleasent and rude. The lady who took the complaint was very sweet and apologetic and the rest of the staff there are really nice. Since my complaint, I have noticed that everyone is even politer than before and I havent seen the rude receptionist around.

I was seen by a very friendly young lady doctor called Dr Anand. I couldnt say a bad thing about the appointment with her but the receptionist that greated me was very rude, and didnt seem to give a damn.

Very pleasant environment. Possibly the rudest most arrogant receptionists ever encountered!
