They never pick up the phone. I have been ringing for the last 48 hours. How can they get away with this? I am so upset. I need to book an appoointment but no-one picks up the phone.

Phone service is still appalling - despite assurances that it has an improved answering service. Rang to make an appointment - selected option 1 - phone rang until disconnected. Rang again selected option 3 'other enquiry' rang for two full minutes before very abrupt woman answered. Appointment offered was 'take it or leave it'. Recently been to surgery at 8:45am - only one person in reception - phones ringing without answer in background. Sack the practice manager - incompetent!!

Their phone service is terrible if you want general information. The phone just rings for ages before they pick it up, if at all.
