telephoned this morning to arrange an emergency appointment for my partner the receptionist told me they were not yet open and to call in two minutes. After which i was left trying to get through to an engaged line and eventually left on hold for a further 10 mins trying to get an answer! in total from the time i was told to call back in what was lest than two minutes I spent 20mins. Eventually when I did get through the times were getting later by the second! What a ridiculous way to get a Dr's appointment!!!! What a shambles!!! Especially in an emergency!!!!!!
