This firm has let me down so badly. I ordered an arrangement for friends, ruby wedding. Not only were the flowers very badly arranged and looked nothing like the £60 I paid for them, the card was not delivered with the arrangement and the gift looked depressingly second rate.
The shop owner was rude and defensive and gave no apology or offered to compensate me in any way.AVOID
