I am very happy to put my review up here as I have always been treated with respect and politeness by Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors, apart from one visit to a nameless doctor ! but I now ask not to see that person and my request is accommodated. I have had reason to use the centre's services on the numerous occasions and can not understand the previous feedback. Perhaps a friendly approach and a happy smile for those who work to keep us healthy works. You may find it works for you as well ........

Well, i went to the said Health Centre today and altho i wasnt quite sure who to speak to ( as there were two receptionists at the front desk, i was met with friendliness and courtesy. They quickly found me on the computer and told me a doctor would soon ring me at home, which they did. I think one must remember that Broadfield is a low income area with mostly working-class people and not all haver the manners or respect each of us would like. The staff probably deal with some of the less desirable members of society and do not work in a particularly prestigious location. Try showing them warmth and respect and you are likely to be shown that same courtesy in return.

I called on the 02/11/07 to ask if it would be possible for me to register with them and I was told by a very rude woman that I would have to come into the surgery to register. Today, I have left my place of work early in order to catch the surgery within the opening hours and unknown to me I have come to the staff entrance rather than the main entrance. I explain that I am at the clinic simply to register and I don't want to see a doctor immediately. I am told (again rather rudely) that I have to go round to the patient entrance. Without so much as a word of complaint, I go round to the front only to be told by the same woman (who saw me just 2 minutes ago) that I can't register at the surgery because they are full. Please may someone tell me why I have been told the contrary over the phone, and why she couldn't have told me while I was at the backdoor? This was a total waste of my time!
