I have relocated to the West Country and have just arranged a registration with a local GP. I and my children have been registered with Shelley Road practice for many years and Durrington Health Centre before then. I would like to say thank you for the care and attention received from the Doctors currently practicing and those who have long retired, also remembering the welfare providers you have within the surgery.I hope my new practice can provide such an excellent service.
