This pratice has the most frustrating phone system that I have ever encountered. It is simply impossible to get through to anyone. Having recently moved to the area I have tried phoning on numerous occasions to try and register to be diverted from endless menus, placed in queues, only for the phone to just ring out without anyone ever answering after around 15 minutes.
This seems a ridiculous way to run a practice, surely communication is vital. If patients cannot get through on the phone to register or make an appointment and no online services are on offer it is unclear how anyone who works during the day is ever supposed to make use of this surgery.
