Booked for 8pm. our order wasn't taken until after 8.45pm and then only when I asked. The waitress was sitting chatting on another table. The starters were nice as were the desserts but my rib eye steak was ordered as medium and came dripping in blood and cold in the middle. Sent it back and although it was cooked just about medium, the rest of the meal had just been left on the plate to get cold. Everyone else had finished what they could eat of their meals so couldn't be bothered to send it back again. My daughter in law had ribs and they were full of fat which nearly made her sick. My son had chicken kiev which came covered in gravy!!!! Coffees were ordered but forgotten. Very disappointed both in food quality and service

We ate here tonight and it was truly awful. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, 30 minutes for our drinks - which only arrived after we went and asked for them. The food was dreadful - a starter of squid was chewier than a bicycle tyre. The ostrich main was tough, the wild boar inedible - tough and nasty tasting. Service was truly dire - slow, unapologetic and unconcerned. The manager asked how the food was and I told her - she simply nodded and walked off. Don't go - it's overpriced rubbish.
