I was told I needed a filling replaced by Mr Brown. I made a follow up appointment for this treatment and had a family crisis on the day of the appointment. I called the surgery to apologise the following day and received a really ignorant member of staff who forcefully told me that they had targets to meet and was not sympathetic understanding of my situation. She was reluctant to make me another appointment even though I had never missed an appointment before. I finally gave up and registered with a new dentist who on checking my teeth and showing me my xrays could find nothing wrong with my teeth and existing fillings. In my opinion west auckland dentists are only interested in their targets and not patient care. A total disappointment I am angry to put my trust in a dentist and be told I needed a filling replaced which I did not need and to be spoken to in the manner I received.
