I attended this clinic and was charged £30 for an initial consultation during which they could not make a diagnosis of the pain and sensitivity in my tooth because the x-ray machine was not working. I should have been advised of this in advance as they wasted my time and money. I wrote to them demanding a refund and am awaiting a response. I had to attend another dentist and transpired I had septic nerve and needed root canal treatment.
