I would have to disagree with the previous review. Since the dental practice has been taken over I feel service has been taken to another level. Firstly, The refurbishment looks 100% better and more welcoming. Secondly, all the staff members are very welcoming and friendly and are always trying to do all they can to make sure patients and their well being is at utmost importance. The reception are very friendly and the nurses are very comforting and are so friendly. I believe the surgery has had a huge turn around and would recommend it and the services offered.

This dental practice has deteriorated since becoming part of a large organisation. Customer service skills of receptionists are non-existent. They are rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming to patients and lack professionalism.

I have found Harbour Dental Practice to be a poor dental practice. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the front desk. I would have expected a much better delivery from such an important service. If you are lucky enough to find another dentist, I suggest that you do.
