We have a complaint regarding the tired flowers delivered to my Mum and the rudeness of the staff in the shop. When I complained about the flowers delivered before Christmas I was told in no uncertain terms that my Mum had probably killed them and no they wouldn't be replaced. When I asked for my money back I was told that no refund had to be given. Mentioning that I'd get a refund at Tesco I was told to go to Tesco's next time! The name mentioned was Marylin. Be warned not to buy flowers from this shop!!
