Last weekend I had to visit an emergency dental practice as I had severe toothache and needed to visit a dentist. I met Dr Muhammed Farook at the Newstead Surgery who was kindness itself. You see I had not visited a dentist for over two years as my last dentist had made me feel degraded. I knew I had bad gum disease and felt ashamed of the state of my mouth. Dr Farook made me feel at ease and kindly let me join his surgery at Queen Street. I have been there for my first visit today. There is a long way to go before my teeth and gums are sorted but I am getting back my confidence and self worth thanks to Dr Farooks professionalism and encouragement.
The reception staff were also pleasant and helpful.
