we visited lovelady for two nights for a relaxing weekend after a busy xmas. beautiful building and outstanding surroundings. we had a standard room which was nice and inkeeping with the period of the property. The food was fabulous, breakfast and evening meal we couldnt wait to see what was on the menu! a roaring fire greated us as we returned from a long walk from the pub in alston. highly recommend!
