No atmosphere whatsoever, massively expensive and the food can only be described as ordinary.
My main course, fillet of beef, was carved at the table several minutes before everybody else's food arrived. Consequently it wasn't hot when we were all ready to eat. I also found it difficult to cut with the knife provided and asked for a steak knife. None to be found in the restaurant!!
Sadly from my point of view, the rest of Esher has already woken up to the level of service offered by George and voted with it's feet. There were only three or four other diners in the restaurant whilst we were there, whereas the rival High Street restaurants seemed to be buzzing!!
