Good Points: Excellent sutomer focussed staff and food very good
Bad Points: Parking was expensive and a problem when then was a show on at the theatre
General review: I would stay again overall very good

Good Points: The room was excellent and beautifully clean. The TV cable/digital did not work however. We ate in the bar which was very good and the staff were very helpful.
Bad Points: The requirement to "feed the meter" for the car park was a nuisance. The member of staff at check-in asked us if we were aware of the parking position and we thought for one moment that we were going to be given a disc or a parking permit which would have been very helpful. Sadly, this may put us off staying at the hotel again evem though it was very good.
