Good Points: very large bedroom, the young man on the reception was very proffessional under the circumstances of staff letting him down. he couldnt have been any more apologetic.lovely clean bedding and towels though.
Bad Points: some facilities in the room needed attention. in the bathroom,sink plug fan etc not working.drawers wouldnt close on one set and the wardrobe door would not stay shut.
General review: The hotel is in a lively area after about ten thirtyish.not a problem for us but could be for some. stairs quite steep up to the top floor. enjoyed the weekend. Matlock is a lovely place to visit.
