Although my husband and I have ordered his liquid nutrition through Boots for previous visits to London, Boots Pimlico refused to take our order in advance so as to have the food available on our arrival from the US. They wanted us to arrive in London, come to Boots and THEN place the order -- for food which is my husband's only nourishment. Not very helpful.
