Good Points: Very pleasant check-in, staff friendly and helpful with luggage, ordering taxis etc. Recently refurbished hotel, bright decor, pleasant room and bright spacious restaurant. Bad Points: Our room was under the eaves and rather small: One bed lacked bedside table and reading lamp. A full-length mirror would have been useful too. General review: Pleasant hotel in a residential area, a good taxi-ride from St Ives itself.
