Good Points: Excellent staff and food - room comfortable.
Bad Points: Road quite noisy, no chair in room and no curtain at ensuite window.
General review: We would definitely visit the Helyar Arms again and recommend to friends.

This hotel is obviously owned by people who are never there and cannot care. We had an issue with theem over meals, mainly charge and service and their way of dealing with us was to try and ignore our communications. We probably did what they wanted and gave up in the end. I think comments on Tripadvisor suffice.
