We just stayed in this hotel for a long weekend and were not disappointed. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable and the service is second to none, Fantastic.
The views out on to Dartmoor are spectacular, we had our breakfast every morning with a view from of a postcard.
The Full English breakfast was cooked to order and there was everything else you could want for starting the day, Cereals, Croissants, Toast Jams, etc etc, My wife is a vegetarian and this was no bother at all to anyone, All was done to please us.
The double bed was a little too soft for our taste ( we are used to a harder matress!) but this doesn't mean to say that we couldnt sleep! Even with the wedding reception undernaeth we had no trouble with noise.
We found this to be one of the quaintest Hotels we've ever stayed in and would Highly recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet and likes to be on the edge of the Moor.
