Having attended my partners passing out parade in the nearby lympstone village we wanted to spend the weekend in Exmouth for some greatly needed time together and peace and quiet. the swallow guest house made our time together even more enjoyable, it was a perfect base to get into exeter by train and to mill about exmouth on the beach and various pubs. we were immediately made to feel welcome. our room was clean, fresh, comfortable and decorated beautifully and in keeping with the georgian style of the house. we were greatful recipients of a full english breakfast on saturday morning which was cooked to a high standard.
it was lovely to feel like we could pop back and fourth during the day and that we wouldnt be in the way. A truely lovely place to stay and would definately recommend to a friend.

The Swallows Guest House, is the best guest house/hotel we have stayed in in Exmouth and we have been visiting the town for many years. Well appointed and maintained throughout, with tasteful furnishings and decor, fabulous breakfast with good quality ingredients and a very hospitable host, one would be hard pressed to get better value anywhere. Excellent!!
