We arrived to a warm welcome from Carol and Louise. The rooms are comfortable with a high standard of decor. Excellent breakfast, freshly cooked to order, served in a bright conservatory overlooking the garden A very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

My colleagues and i had a 2 night stay last October while working in St Leonards. our stay was lovely with friendly helpful owners and staff. we especially like the 'trust bar'! Unfortunately because of our early starts each morning (pre 7am)we were unable to try the cooking but will be there again this weekend and this time will be making the most of the breakfast!

From the initial telephone call, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. This response lasted throughout both of our visits and seems to be the standard set for all of the staff. Both owners, Carol and Louise, lead by the example of being friendly and helpful at all times. On each occasion we stayed we had a different bedroom and both were exceptionally comfortable, clean and well appointed. We had front rooms, but were totally unaware of any road noise. Breakfast was a comprehensive menu covering all tastes. An evening meal was available, if booked in the morning. On the one occasion that we decided to have evening meal we were not disappointed; the food was good home cooking. These premises have a superb garden, which guests are welcome to enjoy.
