Good Points: a good and central place to stay when you visiting the midlands

Well what a shambles this place is, I booked well in advance for a family room with sea view/ensuite and a request to get in room early, as we had a wedding to attend. After driving 4 hours we arrived to be told our room was not ready, only to be put in room the size of a double room with extra single bed in it at the back of the hotel, after complaining, she told me they had already let this room out and had no other with sea view, decor was out of the 60's, shower extract had not been cleaned since it went in and mouldy grout, would not recommend staying in this grot hole or Morecombe.
