Good Points: Room clean, large car park.
Bad Points: Poor decor, poor (mis described) view. Poor food quality - not fresh and not well prepared. Noisy at night due to other drunken guests. Poor storage for clothes. A missed opportunity by the hotel group to build a hight quality hotel, in what should be a premium position.
General review: We had initially booked for 7 nights but checked out after two. We ate one breakfast, but were kept waiting on the second morning and then left after 20 minutes wait. The food quality was surprisingly low for a hotel situated on Jersey with easy access to quality food. The price was not comparable with other local 4 star hotels which provided higher quality accommodation and food. We subsequently stayed 5 nights at another privately owned hotel, and enjoyed a higher standard of accommodation and far better food at a lower price ! The description of the Radisson SAS hotel was not accurate and should be amended. Food is poor/bad and the accommodation is basic. Decor is stark. Hotel totally lacks any atomosphere.
