The only person that smiles is the young lad at reception all the others need people skills. Have had constant problems with my tooth since having a crown fitted in June by the dentist PAV and 5 lots of antibiotics later and root canal done at another dentist my tooth has to be extracted due to an absces. I would not recommend this dentist

been a patient here for 10 or more years. (Now in the middle of transferring my insurance to another dentist) Believe Mrs Cole to be a good dentist but reception staff are awful, not just poor at their jobs but rude as well. Have seen a massive decline in this dentist over the years and now wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Best advice, go elsewhere.

Great service, mrs Cole make you feel she really knows what she is doing and you know work won't be done unless it is really needed.
Getting someone to answer the 'phone is another thing!
